Review of The Leadership Moment

If you are in a leadership position whether that is in your work, your community, your church or even your home.. you at one time or another probably have had to make some tough decisions.

If you haven’t yet, there is a high probability that you will and you need to make sure that when your “Leadership Moment” does come, you will be prepared. How can you make sure you are prepared? Micheal Useem the director of the center for Leadership and Change Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania wrote a book to do just that.
